  • How soon can I expect to receive my shipment after placing an order?

    ** Please note that due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping may be delayed.

    Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (1-2 business days).
    • It will take approximately 3-8 business days after shipping depending on locations. 
    • Shipping during the holidays is not guaranteed due to high volume. Cut off dates apply to ensure your package is received on time.
               STANDARD SHIPPING:
    • Most items shipped within Canada comes with a UPS tracking number. 
    • However, depending on certain shipping destinations, items may be shipped via Canada Post with a standard shipping option with NO tracking number.

  • You may change your shipping address after you have made your purchase if you have made any errors as long as your order has not been shipped. RETURNS

Should you change your mind about your purchase or if you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange or a refund within 14 days from which the order was delivered, less the shipping and handling charges. Items are only eligible for return/exchange if they are in its original, unused and resealable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products purchased with other retailers must be processed with the original retailers in accordance to their return policies.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship in the product. You must register your product through the form below with proof of purchase to be eligible. Failure to register your product and/or provide proof of purchase may void the warranty.

The product will be refurbished, replaced or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion. Please note customers will be responsible for all shipping fees.

 

Exclusions and Limitations:

1) All clearance and sale items are final sale and are void of any warranty claims. Warranties can only be fulfilled for items purchased at full retail value.

2) Damage caused by accidental handling outside of normal use and/or regular wear and tear are not applicable for coverage.

3) Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Habitu Co. expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchant ability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Habitu Co. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any products distributed by Habitu Co. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of a Habitu Co. product.
