  • How soon can I expect to receive my shipment after placing an order?

    Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day).
    • If the order is received before 10:00am on business day, order gets shipped out same day. If the order is received after 10:00am on business day, order gets shipped out next business day.
    • Customers from Greater Toronto Areas, Montreal, Ottawa will receive within 1 business day after the order is shipped. 
    • For others, it will take approximately 1-8 business days after shipping depending on locations. We ship Canada Post Expedited most of the time.
               STANDARD SHIPPING:
    • Most items shipped shipped within Canada comes with UPS tracking number. 
    • However, depending on certain shipping destinations, items may be shipped via Canada Post with a standard shipping option with NO tracking number.

USA: 4-8 Business Days 
Other Countries: 10-20 Business Days (This time may vary depending on shipping destination). Order will be shipped by UPS with tracking No.


Need it sooner? No problem. You can always select Express, Priority or Air option during checkout. These are paid shipping options. During checkout, you will be notified duration time frame after the order gets shipped.

  • All stated  shipping times are approximate. We can not take any responsibility for the delays in the postal service.
  • We cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in the care of the postal service. 
  • We do not cover International customs charges. Customs charges are covered by the purchaser of the item.
