    Yes we do! Don't worry nobody gets left out! 

  • How much is shipping?

    North America -     Free for orders over $50 & a flat rate of $10 for orders under $50 
    Anywhere else in the world -     $15 CAD flat rate

  • How soon can I expect to receive my shipment after placing an order?

    Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (1-2 business days).
    • It will take approximately 3-8 business days after shipping depending on locations. 
    • Shipping during the holidays is not guaranteed due to high volume. Cut off dates apply to ensure your package is received on time.
 STANDARD SHIPPING:
    • Most items shipped within Canada comes with a UPS tracking number. 
    • However, depending on certain shipping destinations, items may be shipped via Canada Post with a standard shipping option with NO tracking number.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES:

Canada: 3-7 Business Days
USA: 6-8 Business Days 
Other Countries: 10-20 Business Days (This time may vary depending on shipping destination). The order will be shipped by UPS with tracking No.

  • All stated shipping times are approximate. We can not take any responsibility for the delays in the postal service.
  • We cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in the care of the postal service. 
  • We do not cover International customs charges. Customs charges are covered by the purchaser of the item.
  • Please leave your contact number to note for just in case they cannot deliver. We will include that information during shipping.
  • You may change your shipping address after you have made your purchase if you have made any errors as long as your order has not been shipped.
